An ecosystem for restaurants
From the moment a guest discovers the restaurant through booking, service, review and return, HaiLa keeps the experience connected for both guests and the team.
One complete experience
It is more than a listing and more than a calendar. Each component passes context to the next, helping guests find the right place and teams operate with greater clarity.

The public profile brings together the information a guest needs to make a decision.
The guest submits a request or selects an available time, while the restaurant stays in control of the decision.
Lite organizes the request flow. Pro adds real tables, the floor plan and operational tools.
Booking-linked reviews, restaurant replies and relationship tools preserve trust after the meal.
Availability grounded in operations
In Pro, the availability engine uses active tables, their capacity, the configured visit duration and confirmed or already seated HaiLa reservations to calculate 30-minute time slots.

Both plans connect the restaurant to the public HaiLa ecosystem. The difference is how much capacity and floor activity the restaurant wants to model in the system.

Lite centralizes requests and lets the team confirm, decline or suggest another time. It fits restaurants that prefer manual control and a simple workflow.
Guests can request times allowed by opening hours and booking rules, then the team decides. Lite does not publish real occupancy or table capacity.

Pro connects the public reservation to configured tables and gives the team an operational view of the day, from assignment through completion of the visit. Partner API bookings cost €0.50 + VAT, while staff-entered bookings are free.
Public slots are calculated from active tables, party size, visit duration and overlaps with confirmed or seated HaiLa reservations.
At present, public Pro availability accounts for configured tables and confirmed or seated HaiLa reservations. Pending requests and walk-ins remain managed by the team and are not yet included in the public calculation.
The web portal for owners complements the restaurant apps with data management, financial visibility and access to the configuration tools available for the account.

Poster is field-verified for the full service-floor flow. Syrve / iiko connects tables and reservation state and is activated after a supervised test at each venue. In Pro, a configured Android restaurant phone can surface caller context in the Admin app while the phone rings.
Poster is the full service-floor connection: HaiLa bookings reach the terminal, while reservations, walk-ins, seating and table moves made at the venue return to HaiLa.
The Syrve / iiko integration is built for table import and reservation synchronization. It is activated per venue after a supervised test reservation confirms the local setup.
When a guest calls the configured Android restaurant phone, HaiLa matches the detected number against that venue's CRM and surfaces the context in the Pro team's Admin app.
An approved website form can use the venue-scoped Partner API, so direct bookings enter the same HaiLa workflow and reporting as the restaurant's other channels.
Trust through traceability
HaiLa connects important actions to an eligible reservation, restaurant or account, giving public and operational information a clear origin.
A review is available to the owner of an eligible HaiLa reservation and uses the reservation as its identifier. The guest can edit the review, and the restaurant can reply publicly.
AI-assisted conversion extracts and structures the content into an editable draft. The restaurant reviews, corrects and decides what to publish.
HaiLa works on the web, iOS and Android in Romanian, Russian and English. The web journey supports booking without installing the app.
Restaurants can publish a visit-based loyalty program with stamps and configurable rewards. Guests are enrolled automatically when they book; progress and rewards live in their HaiLa account and apply on eligible visits.
